The work reimagines the familiar story of the Trojan Horse: what if it had never been a weapon, but instead offered shelter to people far from home? Travelling between sea and land, reality and myth, the creature embodies the tension between journey and belonging, vulnerability and protection, danger and comfort.
On closer inspection, small domestic scenes emerge inside its body, transforming the mythical creature into an intimate world of everyday life. This interplay of scale, storytelling and spatial distortion invites the viewer to explore themes of migration, displacement and the human need to create a home wherever we find ourselves.
